WELCOME

 

Southborough Rod & Gun Club was founded in 1946 on the principles of Sportsmanship, Conservation, and Propagation. Today, the club continues to keep these ideals at its core and is thriving with over 950 members.

 

Set on 79.5 pristine acres, SRG offers a multitude of facilities including Trap & Skeet Fields, Indoor Pistol Range, Outdoor Rifle Range, Trout Pond, Archery Range and 3D Course, Sporting Clays Course, Ham Radio and much more.

ANNOUNCEMENT

Fruit Street bridge (over I90) Demolition and Overnight Detours

 

Yes, this is the other bridge!

 

Work is scheduled from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM and the bridge will be CLOSED during that time. 

​

From 5:00 AM to 8:00 PM the bridge will only have one lane open at a time controlled by a stop light (this is operational now).

2023 RULER OF THE HILL

Congratulations to Jim Stallone! He bested a field of 9 shooters to become Southborough Rod & Gun Club's 2023 Ruler of the Hill!

SOUTHBOROUGH ROD AND GUN CLUB BRINGS HOME THE TROPHY!

On 15 October 2023 trap shooters from four local (loco) sporting clubs convened upon Maspenoc's Trap Field to compete for the Big Shot Trophy.  Competing clubs were Woodville, [208], Hopkinton [210], Maspenock [225} winners last two years and Southborough [228].  

 

Many shooters competed from each club and the top five scores were added up for team score.  Top shooter for the meet was Arthur Breese,(SRG) tied with another from Maspenock with an admirable 47/50.  Pavel Atchkasov (SRG) ran the only 25 straight that day.

Top five shooters from Southborough were Arthur Breese 47, Pavel Atchkasov 46, Gary Boys 45, Jim Leuck 45 and  Jim Stallone 45.

​

This was a fantastic shoot, great camaraderie and sportpersonship.  Much fun was had by all participants.  Southborough will host the Big Shot Shoot next year, the dinner menu is already in the works!  Stay tuned for the event dates!  Click here for more images from the day.

This year's regular member dues are $175. Junior member dues are $80. Your payment options are send check in mail, drop check in clubhouse mailbox, pay on line with PayPal via Members Only page on this website.
